Our administration team will review your request to ensure it falls within the 14-day cooling-off period and that no digital course materials have been accessed.

Choose Refund or Credit

Once approved, you can opt for a full refund to your original payment method or receive a credit note to be used for any other RMIT Short Course within 12 months.

You will receive an automated email confirmation once the transaction is processed, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
